Quotes and orders

Standard products may be ordered at the price displayed, subject to confirmation of availability and suitability. Custom fabrication and restoration work is supplied against an accepted written quotation. A deposit may be required before materials are ordered or work begins.

Specifications and suitability

Customers are responsible for supplying accurate dimensions, fuel type, installation details and intended use. Final materials, fittings, capacity, testing and installation requirements must be agreed before custom work starts. Website examples are indicative only.

Pricing

Confirm whether published prices include GST before launch. Freight, installation, removal, cleaning and additional work are not included unless stated in the product description or quotation.

Safe handling

No tank containing fuel or unsafe residue should be shipped or delivered. Tanks presented for assessment must be drained and handled in accordance with the workshop’s instructions. The business may refuse unsafe items.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986 or other applicable New Zealand law.
