Interim policyOnline ordering is not yet open. Final business identity, contact, tax, payment and freight details will be added before real orders are accepted.

Delivery and collection

Fuel tanks are often bulky or made to order. Delivery cost and timing depend on dimensions, destination, packaging and whether specialist freight is required. Auckland workshop collection can be arranged after the order is confirmed.

Freight condition

Inspect the package on arrival and photograph any visible damage before signing where possible. Contact us promptly with the order number and photos if an item is damaged in transit.

Returns

Contact us before returning anything. Standard unused items may be eligible for return under the final store policy. Custom-made, modified or special-order tanks generally cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind, but this does not affect rights under New Zealand consumer law.

Faults and warranty enquiries

If you believe a product is faulty or not as agreed, stop using it and contact us with clear photos and a description of the issue. Do not attempt a repair before the claim has been assessed.

Important safety note

Never ship or deliver a tank containing fuel, fumes or unsafe residue. Ask for preparation instructions before sending a used tank.
